Description
Breakout board for TO263-7 / TO263-7-1 devices. Pins spacing is 2.54mm/0.1″ for regular breadboard fitment.
Designed with higher current applications in mind, pins 1,7 and 8(Tab) are broken out to two pins each at the back of the board, pins 1-6 are broken out along the front of the board.
The tab has in-pad vias to the bottom copper for current carrying and heat dissipation.
